Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Growth Product Strategy & Partnerships Manager to report directly to the Head of Growth & Partnerships and operate as a true extension of the function.
The Growth team is responsible for identifying, shaping, and commercializing new revenue opportunities for the company. This role will focus on growth product strategy, market positioning, competitive analysis, value proposition development, and strategic partnerships across Healthee's emerging growth initiatives.
Current initiatives span claims analytics, bundled cash-pay medical network solutions, and a curated point-solution marketplace, with the goal of helping organizations identify, manage, and reduce healthcare cost drivers.
This is a highly strategic and commercially oriented role for someone who can connect market insight, customer needs, product capabilities, and partnership opportunities into clear growth strategies. You will help define where we should play, how we should position our solutions, which partners can accelerate growth, and how to translate product capabilities into compelling GTM narratives and commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Product Strategy & Market Positioning
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs, market gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Develop a clear understanding of Healthee's unique value proposition and translate it into differentiated product positioning, GTM narratives, and commercialization strategies
  • Assess new product and business opportunities by evaluating market size, customer pain points, competitive dynamics, revenue potential, and strategic fit
  • Partner with Product, Sales, CS, Marketing, and leadership to shape product direction, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for emerging growth initiatives.

0โ†’1 Initiative Support
  • Support emerging growth initiatives from problem definition and market validation through MVP scoping, pilot design, and early commercialization.
  • Help move ideas from strategy to action by creating structured plans, business cases, GTM materials, and partner/customer validation outputs.
  • Maintain a bias toward action while recognizing that the core focus of the role is strategy, positioning, partnerships, and commercialization rather than pure execution ownership.

Partnerships & External Growth
  • Identify, evaluate, and structure strategic partnerships as a core growth lever
  • Support partner discussions, commercial evaluation, pricing exploration, negotiation, contracting, launch planning, and ongoing performance tracking
  • Build clear business cases and ROI frameworks for partnerships and external initiatives
  • Translate partner capabilities into clear customer value propositions, GTM materials, and commercial opportunities

Commercial Strategy & GTM Enablement
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling customer-facing narratives, executive decks, sales materials, and business cases
  • Support early customer validation, pilot design, pricing strategy, and commercialization planning
  • Analyze customer feedback, market signals, and sales conversations to refine positioning, packaging, and GTM strategy
  • Help identify the first customers, use cases, and segments where new growth products can gain traction

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • MBA student from a top-tier program
  • 1-2 years of experience in GTM / partnerships, product strategy, new business strategy at a high-growth startup, or management consulting at a top-tier firm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to actionable outcomes
  • Based in NYC or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working at a startup or in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in healthcare benefits, insurance, or AI-driven products
  • Strong ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution
  • High level of resourcefulness and ability to operate effectively with limited structure or resources
  • Experience working on 0โ†’1 or new business initiatives

What Success Looks Like
  • This is not a traditional MBA role. Success requires strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, product intuition, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations and action
  • Independently drives ambiguous, zero-to-one initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Develops a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer needs, and Healthee's unique value proposition
  • Translates product capabilities into clear positioning, GTM narratives, business cases, and commercial strategies
  • Identifies high-potential partnership opportunities and helps move them from evaluation to commercial execution
  • Produces high-quality, structured, and actionable outputs that help leadership make decisions faster
  • Effectively collaborates across functions and influences stakeholders without formal authority
  • Acts as a force multiplier for the Head of Growth & Partnerships

Why This Role
  • Direct exposure to building and scaling new revenue-generating businesses (0โ†’1) inside a high-growth company
  • Work closely with senior leadership on the company's most critical growth initiatives
  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and company-building
  • Develop and operate with the mindset of a startup founder: high ownership, speed, and accountability for outcomes

Benefits
Healthee is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We hire talented individuals regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military or veteran status, cultural background, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
