Team Mazda - Caldwell, ID

Team Mazda is seeking an experienced and motivated Flat Rate Line Technician to join our growing service team in Caldwell, Idaho. If you're a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and wants a steady workflow in a modern dealership environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mazda vehicles and other makes as needed
  • Accurately complete repair orders in a timely manner
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Stay current with automotive technology and repair techniques
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive technician experience required (Mazda experience a plus)
  • Flat rate experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
