Job description

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN MD to become a part of our expanding team in either Fishersville or Harrisonburg. We offer various openings that can accommodate your practice preferences, with options for both full-time and part-time positions.

Position: OB/GYN Physician

Specialization: Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD or DO)

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Visa Sponsorship: H-1B accepted

Position Overview

We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN MD to join our team in Fishersville or Harrisonburg. Our flexible openings are designed to suit your practice schedule, whether you prefer full-time or part-time work.

Practice Highlights
  • Practice Environment: A combination of outpatient and hospital settings, collaborating with 9 physicians, 8 Certified Nurse Midwives, and dedicated support staff.

  • On-Call Schedule: 1/6 call rotation.

  • Patient Volume: Manage 20-25 patients daily, with approximately 110 deliveries each month.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a collegial medical staff and benefit from a large network for patient acquisition.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.

  • A strong commitment to providing advanced care in community settings.

Compensation

Salary: Ranges from $398,518.00 to $418,444.00

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (with a 2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance: $7,500
