Job description

We are excited to offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates for a CT Technologist!

Bonus Details:

  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for candidates entering one of the above modalities
  • $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for candidates who possess: 
    • Possess an advanced certification in the specified modality, and
    • have a minimum of one year of recent experience (within the last 12-24 months) in that modality.
       

Relocation assistance also available up to $10,000. Details shared upon job offer.

New grads and experienced technologists are both encouraged to apply.

This position is located in Minneapolis, MN at the Mayo Clinic Square building. 

Produces high quality images that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Department. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology. Practices safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths. Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends required.

Must have an Associate's degree in a related field and be a graduate an accredited radiography program. Incumbents hired into the role prior to February 15, 2018 are required to meet the previous requirements of graduating from an accredited radiography program.

Additional Qualifications

Organized, efficient and multifunctional. Ability to work independently. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates effective communication.

License or Certification

  • ARRT certified in Radiography or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date of employment. 
  • ARRT certified in Radiography or registry. Annual documentation of ARRT certification required. 
  • All incumbents are required to obtain ARRT(CT) certification within 18 months of employment. 
  • NMTCB or ARRT(N) applicants require ARRT(CT) certification at time of hire. 
  • CPR/BLS Certified or obtained within 90 days of employment.
