Position Summary:

Will lead Member Experience operations at their home gym, with an emphasis on member service, schedules, and inventory. This position reports to the home-gym General Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead Member Experience TM in their home Club Gym to ensure policies and procedures as outlined.
  • Motivate Member Experience in their home Club Gym to emphasize superior Member Experience.
  • Schedules for Member Experience at their home Club Gym.
  • This position is a regularly scheduled member experience position in their home Club Gym.
  • Support retail, concession, promotions.
  • Conducts daily and month-end retail and concession inventories.
  • Inventory Control to include locking up storage, receiving and reconciling incoming merchandise.
