Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager provides strategic and operational leadership in support of The Mayaโ€™s mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences, trust-based relationships, collaborative teamwork, detail-driven hospitality, and results-oriented performance that enhances long-term asset value. This role partners across departments to drive service excellence, team development, financial performance, and continuous improvement while maintaining luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for daily food and beverage operations
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards and operational procedures
  • Support labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management
  • Lead service recovery efforts and guest satisfaction initiatives
  • Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and hotel leadership teams
  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Support training, coaching, and leadership development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
