Job description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners and Technology Strategy teams to understand and refine requirements.
  • Create and enhance Functional and Technical Design Documents.
  • Identify and recommend solutions that leverage base products (COTS) over customizations.
  • Develop and implement Requirements Traceability to ensure complete testing coverage.
  • Provide production support and incident remediation, including on-call support.
  • Flex between project work, incident management, and support tasks.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Align work with Technology Organization goals and governance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of related experience

Preferences

  • Experience with Agile delivery (Kanban, Scrum).
  • Exposure to ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with utility or financial sectors.
  • Experience with large-scale project development and application support.
  • Experience with RPA tools, BizTalk, Maximo, WebSphere, and DevOps tools.
