The Location:
Hale Makua Health Services is a Maui based non-profit that improves the well-being of those in its care through compassionate personalized health services. We are devoted to helping Maui's Elders live their best lives. Hale Makua's Kahului location is a 254-bed nursing facility.
The Position:
We're looking for passionate Neighborhood Clerk who performs a variety of clerical and receptionist tasks on the nursing neighborhood. Other duties include:
  • Develop and maintain a good working rapport with other team members, guests, and residents.
  • Review medical records for concurrent review.
  • Creates templates and forms needed by neighborhood nurses to track resident or other neighborhood specific issues.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associates Degree in Office Administration or related area preferred
  • One year general office experience. Healthcare experience preferred
