Description

IERUS Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Junior Radar Analyst to join a talented and passionate team. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in Missile Defense MDS radar experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or similar field;
  • 0 - 5 years of experience;
  • Written and oral communication skills;
  • MATLAB experience;
  • Apply working knowledge of critical radar functions — including acquisition, tracking, discrimination, and scheduling — to support Sensor Element performance analysis across formal MDA Ground Test (GT), Ground Test Distributed (GTD), and Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) testing;
  • Design and refine analysis tools and conduct performance analysis on AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, and/or COBRA DANE;
  • Support Sensors participation in predictive analysis for each scenario against test objectives, including integration of Monte Carlo scenarios and predictive scenario runs using digital and HWIL models;
  • Active Current Secret Clearance (or higher);
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Desired Experience:

  • Basic understanding of missile defense test methodologies (Monte Carlo simulation, HWIL testing, pre/post-mission analysis) is a plus but can be trained;
  • Familiarization with the operation and/or analysis of at least one of the following radars AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, Cobra Dane;
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize technical data into clear briefings;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MATLAB.
