  • Develop digital models for vehicle electrical components including:
    • Lights
    • ECUs
    • Actuators
    • Motors
    • Switches
  • Create simulation-ready models for electrical network analysis.
  • Develop models using:
    • FMI / FMU formats (Preferred)
    • Tool-native formats where required.
  • Perform simulation support activities for:
    • Static analysis
    • Dynamic analysis
    • Vehicle power systems
    • Electrical signalling systems
  • Use industry tools for electrical system modelling and simulation:
    • Ansys Twin Builder
    • Matlab Simulink
    • NGspice

Required Skills:

  • Vehicle electrical systems modelling.
  • Electrical network simulation.
  • Automotive electrical component knowledge.
  • Model development using FMI/FMU methodology.
  • Strong experience with:
