Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline. A Master's degree is highly valued.
  • 3–7 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience with a strong emphasis on safety and experimental execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct experiments safely, with disciplined documentation and traceable data capture.
  • Familiarity with standard analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy, imaging, and related methods.
  • Strong practical troubleshooting skills and comfort working in laboratory and pilot-plant settings.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, or similar.
