Job description

Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency across production, procurement, and project execution.
Job Duties
  • Analyze production and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and waste
  • Design and implement robust performance metrics and dynamic dashboards to monitor progress, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing capabilities, accurately calculate production capacities, and collaborate with the production control team to ensure seamless workflow optimization.
  • Drive labor productivity enhancements through the development and deployment of industry best practices and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify trends, predict outcomes, and support strategic decision-making in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Manage cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and new product introductions, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • SQL, Python, MATLAB, programming skills is a plus
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and time management skills
  • Works independently and responsibly without close supervision

Location
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
