Job description

Transylvania County Schools seeks a Middle School Math Teacher (Grade 7) at Rosman Middle School. Position is available August 17, 2026, for the 2026-27 school year.  Position is full-time and includes employment benefits; 10-month employment term. Salary: State base salary schedule for teacher salary plus 9.0% annual local salary supplement.  
Applicants for the position must hold or be eligible to hold NC licensure in area 78200 (Mathematics 6-9). Applicants who hold any additional middle school licensure areas in addition to mathematics are preferred.
