  • Must possess or show evidence of being able to obtain a valid Indiana teaching license at the 6-12 grade level for Math
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with high school students, parents, administration, and other staff
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate ability to work effectively with high school students in a productive, energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating environment and atmosphere
  • Must possess a broad vision in the areas of Math and show initiative and creativity in the development of activities and curriculum that will help prepare students for post secondary education
  • Must possess knowledge of a wide variety of strategies and techniques to improve math
