Senior Data Scientist – Analytics & Strategy | Min 10+Years Exp. Required (Only G.C / U.S.C)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in business analytics, data science, or strategic analytics roles.
  • Proven ability to connect data-driven insights with core business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong ownership, and the ability to operate independently as well as effectively within diverse teams.
  • Track record of collaborating with multifunctional business units and translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, even without direct reporting lines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at simplifying advanced analytical concepts for executive audiences and decision-makers.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing, management consulting, or high-velocity business environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python or R; experience with state-of-the-art visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise applying statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning methodologies to solve business problems.
