Description
The Quality Control (QC) Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of security operations across client sites. This role verifies that security services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, applicable regulatory standards, and internal performance expectations. Partnering closely with training, site leadership, and operational stakeholders, the QC PM helps ensure operational outcomes are measurable, compliant, and consistently implemented across all campuses and locations. The QC PM drives continuous improvement through audits, performance evaluations, corrective action management, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security quality control program to ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and execute audit processes to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements for risk mitigation.
  • Ensure all teams are following security quality metrics, performance targets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Aid with implementation of corrective actions that address gaps and reduce vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports for leadership on program status, audit findings, and remediation progress.
  • Identify gaps, findings, and nonconformance's and coordinate corrective measures in collaboration with the Training Program Manager and leadership.
  • Participate in change management reviews to validate that quality control processes remain aligned with current policies and procedures.
  • Align quality control activities with operations and training delivery, certification timelines, and compliance objectives.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field AND 2+ years' experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, threat modeling, cyber security, or anomaly detection OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Modern SharePoint site creation and editing; proficiency in creating Power BI reports, writing and editing DAX and M; intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, threat modeling, cyber security, or anomaly detection
  • Experience in SQL and data modeling.
