Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Floor Nurse in a variety of clinical environments.

As a Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients on the floor, monitoring their conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Hourly Rate: $53

OT & Holiday Rate: $79.50

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Availability: Full-Time & Part-time, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am (Rotating weekends required)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, interventions, and responses to treatments.
