Your Key Accountabilities
  • Delivers expert work in General R, D & I with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
  • Executes research projects within program, applying knowledge and expertise.- Builds knowledge and expertise within core competence subdomains.
  • Owns complex tasks in project management and chemical or process engineering, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
  • Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
  • Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Who we are looking for

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, DataScienceor a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developingindustrial, agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering at least one custom Generative AI application that goes significantly beyond basic document processing or retrieval
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and domain experts
  • Industrial or academic background in chemistry, materials science, processtechnologyor automotive applications is considered a strong asset
  • Strong practical expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies.
  • An industrial or educational background in material sciences, research or chemical industry is a big plus.Experience designing AI agents, multi-agentarchitecturesand tool-enabled AI systemsKnowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledgegroundingand trustworthy AI design principles
  • Experience integrating multiple information and data sources into a unified AI solution Strong software engineering and Python programming skills
  • Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business value
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise deployment environments is a plus
