Als Material Scientist wirst du die Entwicklungsaktivitaten von Cubicure im Bereich photopolymerer Materialien und verwandter Materialforschung und Entwicklung mageblich beeinflussen und dabei den gesamten Workflow der additiven Fertigung berucksichtigen. Als innovative Schlusselkraft bist du verantwortlich fur die Umsetzung von Projekten mit Fokus auf Neuproduktentwicklung Bewertung externer Produkte Verbesserung bestehender Produkte von Cubicure sowie auf langfristige und innovative Strategien in Forschung und Entwicklung. In dieser Funktion arbeitest du gemeinsam mit einem Team erfahrener Fachkrafte in den Bereichen Materialentwicklung 3D Druck Nachbearbeitung sowie Materialcharakterisierung und Bauteilprufung.
 Der ideale Kandidat verfugt uber einen Hintergrund in der Polymerchemie insbesondere im Bereich additive Fertigung. Zusatzlich ist Erfahrung mit Thermoplasten Beschichtungen und Klebstoffen und oder duroplastischen Materialien sowie idealerweise in der Dental oder Medizintechnik wunschenswert.
  • Impact die Weiterentwicklung des photopolymeren Materialportfolios von Cubicure sowie kundenspezifischer Formulierungen
  • Entwurf und bewerte neue Photopolymere und Formulierungen fur den Einsatz in lithografiebasiertem 3D Druck zum Beispiel Stereolithografie
  • Bewerte neue Misch und Formulierungsprozesse als Produktionstechnologie fur Materialien
  • Fuhre 3D Druck mit diesen Formulierungen durch und entwickle Nachbearbeitungsstrategien zum Beispiel physikalische und mechanische Reinigung thermisches oder UV Nachharten
  • Analysiere neu hergestellte Polymere Monomere Komponenten 
  • Finale Formulierungen mittels chemischer und physikalischer Charakterisierungsmethoden  (Beispiel ISO ASTM)
  • Arbeite effizient in Projekten mit funktionsubergreifenden Teams
  • Erstelle schriftliche Berichte zur Zusammenfassung zentraler Ergebnisse
  • Identifiziere und implementiere wirksame Manahmen
  • Erstelle und optimiere bestehende Laborprozesse sorgfaltig
  • Richte Labor und Prufequipment Materialien elektrische Anlagen Maschinen und Chemikalien gema festgelegten Sicherheitsprotokollen ein und bediene diese
  • Mehr als funf Jahre Erfahrung in Materialforschung und Entwicklung insbesondere in Monomer und Polymer Synthese Engineering Charakterisierung
  • Bachelorabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in Chemie Polymertechnik Materialwissenschaften Chemieingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Starkes technisches Wissen fundiertes Verstandnis von Struktur Eigenschafts Beziehungen und umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Polymere
