In the role ofSenior Material Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the Customer Supply Team. You will develop materials planning process to support company's overall integrated product supply plans across Molson Coors North American businesses.

This position reports to the Manager Materials Planning and works closely with other Material Planning Analysts and cross functional Supply Chain Teams.

What You'll Be Brewing:ย 

  • Leads execution of material plans across multiple locations totaling over $1 billion in spend annually.
  • Creates monthly/yearly materials material plans aligning to S&OP process and supply plans
  • Aligns supplier sourcing and AOP to meet company S&OP/STR targets
  • Manages inventory across multiple suppliers, breweries, and warehouses, and executes runout of those materials to avoid obsolete material cost
  • Owns execution of materials into production facilities and helps coordinate day to day PO issues from suppliers to brewery
  • Updates material executional plans weekly and ensures suppliers can execute our needs
  • Works with peer group to develop and manage effective cross-functional processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Provides input to process development and implements best practices across our supply chain, specifically within materials management

Key Ingredients:

  • You have aBachelor'sdegreein Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or BusinessOR equivalent experience (3-5 years)in the field of Supply Chain leadership
  • You have prior experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Consumer Goods industries and working with suppliers is preferred
  • You possess the ability to organize large amounts of data in a meaningful and concise format - and can speak to the data and drive decisions and future plans
  • You demonstrate an ability to mentor and foster growth of the team members around them
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business prioritiesย

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewardsย Offerings: $83,200.00ย -ย $109,200.00ย (posting salary range) +ย 10%ย target short term incentiveย +ย $23,000ย on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
