Associate Logistics Specialist: 

0-3 years related work experience.

Logistics Specialist: 

4-6 years related work experience.

Sr. Logistics Specialist: 

6 - 8 years related work experience.

  • Provides inventory management support for Natural Gas Transmission, Storage, and LNG Services.
  • Develops and maintains material master data, including material specifications, descriptions, and attribute governance.
  • Provides cost accounting and receipt accounting support, including inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, and resolution activities.
  • Prepares inventory analyses, metrics, forecasts, and reports.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy through reconciliation activities, cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits.
  • Conducts on-site inventory counts and audits; develops presentations and presents findings and recommendations to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyzes inventory levels, stocking strategies, usage trends, and surplus or obsolete materials.
  • Coordinates surplus and obsolete material disposition and recovery efforts.
  • Supports material requisition and reservation processes.
  • Resolves supply chain issues and supports sourcing initiatives between suppliers, logistics providers, and internal customer groups.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of warehousing strategies, process improvements, and user training.
  • Coordinates and manages third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation activities.
  • Audits and reconciles freight, logistics, and related invoices.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Warehousing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to support inventory management, material master data governance, logistics activities, and process improvement initiatives.
