Job description

Overview

The Materials & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, processing logistics transactions in Oracle ERP, managing transportation activities, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers and internal locations.

This role combines shipping coordination, receiving raw materials, kitting, inventory management, and transportation planning.

This role is centered around 70% inventory control activities, and 30% material handling. 

The ideal candidate has strong logistics and shipping experience, advanced Oracle ERP skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: M-F 7:00am to 3:30PM 

Work Schedule: This position requires flexibility to work mandatory overtime during peak production periods and critical business cycles.
