Job Summary: Inventory Coordinator - Onsite, Riverside, CA
About the Role
Join a dynamic team as an Inventory Coordinator at our Riverside, CA location. This is a one-year contract opportunity offering hands-on experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management. You'll play a vital role in ensuring material flow, accuracy, and compliance, supporting both daily operations and special projects. Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, document, and process inventory using SAP
- Manage the manifesting, preparation, and secure delivery of ASO books
- Assist with cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits
- Maintain organized, clean workspaces aligned with 5S and safety standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and support workflow
- Follow SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support urgent material requests, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years' experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, data entry (minimum 35 WPM), filing, and file copying
