Job description

Description:

This is a temporary position lasting approximately 6 months with the potential to turn into a full time position. This person will be responsible to print and confirm production orders, assist in inventory control, stock adjustments, and create purchase requisitions for every day materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage production orders reports

· Print production orders;

· Separate production order printed 

· Confirm production orders;

· Assist inventory management 

· Inventory counts

· Provide any necessary documents for production and Scheduling

· Transfer materials;

· Manage request of office supplies to purchase department

· Misc. Reports (Open Orders, scrap, adjustments)

Requirements:


· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Experience using Microsoft, including Excel

· Ability to repeatedly lift 40+ pounds

· Attention to detail

· Ability to maintain accurate records

· Must be able to work in a team environment

· Must be flexible in tasks

· Good communication and organizational skills
