Material Handler (Shipping & Receiving Dept) – Temp-to-Hire, Early Start, $17.50/hr
Job Description:
 We are seeking reliable material handlers for our Shipping & Receiving department. This temp-to-hire role is focused on Offloading Containers, labeling, stacking/unstacking shipping boxes, and wrapping pallets. You will be responsible for ensuring all processes are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Label, stack, unstack, and wrap shipping pallets and boxes for distribution
  • Handle receiving and organization of incoming shipments
  • Offload containers and ensure accurate placement of goods
  • Maintain safe, organized work areas
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and move heavy boxes repeatedly
  • Must wear PPE (safety shoes and safety vest) at all times
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must successfully pass a background screening
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience
