  • Create, manage, and dispatch work orders in the dispatch software, ensuring all client needs are logged and prioritized correctly.
  • Route and schedule electrician and maintenance technicians to job sites across the South Florida region, optimizing routes for minimal response time.
  • Answer inbound calls, diagnose emergency versus routine maintenance needs, and provide initial troubleshooting support over the phone.
  • Track parts, materials, and specialty tools needed for daily maintenance tasks.
  • Order necessary supplies to ensure technicians are fully equipped.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or a related role within the electrical or construction trades.
  • Basic understanding of electrical schematics, maintenance protocols, and electrical components is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in dispatching/CMMS software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
