Job description

Pay & Schedule 
  • Pay: $20.00–$21.50 per hour 

  • Schedule: Rotating 12-hour schedule — 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off

    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping production moving by ensuring materials are properly transported, staged, and ready when the team needs them. Responsibilities include:

  • Transporting, stocking, and staging raw materials and finished products for production

  • Operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility (safely and efficiently)

  • Coordinating with production and other departments to support daily manufacturing operations

  • Organizing, identifying, and labeling materials and product to maintain inventory accuracy

  • Performing material handling and turning operations based on production requirements

  • Maintaining a clean, safe work area and consistently following all safety procedures

  • Completing daily equipment cleaning and routine maintenance, including work on the Automaton

What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred

  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)

  • Ability to operate (or learn) material-handling equipment including forklifts and lifts

  • Knowledge of paper stock materials and production processes preferred

  • Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork mindset with a commitment to safety

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical job duties

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
