We are looking for a General Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

  • Operations: Full P&L responsibility.

  • Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.

  • Achieve operational goals/metrics.

  • Provide on the job training through self or others.

  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.

  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

  • 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).

  • Full P&L experience.

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
