Inventory Lead
Material Control Lead

Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities
* Monitor inventory levels and part availability to support production schedules and minimize shortages
* Develop and improve inventory control processes to establish consistent and scalable material management practices
* Generate inventory reports and provide status updates on inventory levels, shortages, and incoming materials
* Identify potential supply chain or purchasing risks and communicate concerns before they impact operations
* Coordinate material transfers between projects to support changing production priorities while maintaining system accuracy
* Oversee warehouse organization and storage practices to improve accessibility, efficiency, and inventory control
* Serve as the primary inventory resource for production teams, ensuring materials and kits are available when needed
* Support ERP inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records
* Partner with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to improve material flow and inventory performance
Requirements:
* Ability to work a full-time schedule in a manufacturing environment
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, material planning, or related functions
* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inventory trends and discrepancies
* Ability to generate reports and communicate inventory status effectively
* Proven experience improving processes and implementing standardized workflows
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and inventory accuracy
* Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouse, production, purchasing, and logistics teams
