In this role you will be working with the manufacturing production team, providing administrative support to the purchasing and planning team to ensure efficient operations of the wider organization.We are looking for an inventory specialist who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, with excellent communication, math and analytical skills, and the relevant computer software know-how. In this role, you can expect to work with associated documentation, complete tasks alone and in teams, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise company management. The ideal candidate will also be able to work extended hours if needed, and have experience in building strong working relationships.Responsibilities:     Maintains and ensures complete accuracy and integrity of inventory on hand in warehouses and ERP inventory system    Responsible for maintenance and management of the ERP inventory system    Audits and inspects physical inventory, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies    Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and provides recommendations of processes to correct the efficient management of inventory     Monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
