Position: Clinician - MAT/OTP Mobile Services
Location: Lake City, FL
Salary:
  • Unlicensed: $50,872
  • Licensed: $66,187 - $71,703 (based on experience)
Qualified supervision toward licensure provided
$3,000-$5,000 sign-on bonus (Outpatient only)

About the Role
Provide assessment, counseling, and treatment planning for clients in a mobile MAT program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Collaborate with RN and team to deliver care (in-person and telehealth)
  • Support mobile unit operations, including documentation and logs
  • Monitor client progress and intervene in crisis situations as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field (preferred)
  • Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of MAT and Baker Act preferred
  • Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
