About the Organization

This established, family-owned food manufacturing and distribution company has served customers nationwide for more than 35 years. Its people-focused culture is built on quality, integrity, collaboration, and reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee engagement
  • Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees on HR policies, workplace matters, and employee relations
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and retention
  • Support compensation and benefits administration
  • Develop employee communications related to organizational initiatives, policies, and engagement efforts
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS/HRMS data
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and reporting requirements
  • Manage HR vendors, contracts, renewals, and service delivery
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes and the overall employee experience
  • Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic people initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad generalist responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience across employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and policy administration
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience administering HRIS/HRMS platforms and maintaining employee data
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus

The Vibe

Collaborative, people-focused, and always evolving. This role is ideal for someone who builds trust easily, enjoys improving how things work, and can balance employee needs with organizational goals.

Schedule & Setup

  • Full-time, hybrid position
  • Occasional travel may be requested based on business needs
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to satisfy Form I-9 employment verification requirements

Why This Role?

You’ll have the opportunity to influence the employee experience, advise leadership, and strengthen the HR programs that help the organization succeed. If you enjoy connecting people strategy with practical execution, this could be an exciting next step.
