Human Resources Administrator

Help Create an Exceptional Employee Experience

Our client is seeking an organized, people-focused Human Resources Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of its growing HR function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, supporting employees, and partnering with leadership to build a positive workplace culture. You'll play a key role in every stage of the employee lifecycle while helping ensure HR operations remain organized, compliant, and employee-centered.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes

  • Administer employee benefits and leave programs

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data

  • Support recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

  • Coordinate training and employee development activities

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

  • Partner with managers to support day-to-day HR operations

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Three or more years of progressive human resources experience

  • Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and HR operations

  • Working knowledge of federal and Washington employment laws

  • Experience using an HRIS and payroll system

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus but not required
