Senior Business Analyst

C² Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst to provide vital monitoring and analysis of programs and initiatives. This position will monitor resource assignments, allocate resources across the unit, and ensure that products and processes are aligned with business objectives. The Senior Business Analyst will also work to improve processes by analyzing data, developing recommendations, and supporting teams in the execution of business strategies. This is an onsite or hybrid position.

Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will monitor training programs and initiatives, ensuring the alignment of project deliverables with organizational objectives. The position will lead the development of proposals, business cases, and track the performance of training projects, providing critical recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Analyze business processes and develop strategies for process optimization.

  • Track resource allocation and performance across projects.

  • Conduct benchmarking studies and investigate industry trends.

  • Support the development of project proposals, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.

  • Experience with project management and tracking tools.

  • Knowledge of SCORM and learning management systems.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
