Senior Product Manager, Exa Platform | Healthcare IT

Location: Hybrid in Garner, NC or Remote (U.S.-based)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Exa Platform solutions, including RIS, PACS, and billing systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader with a strong background in healthcare IT and a proven track record of delivering innovative, high-impact products.

The Senior Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customers to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for RIS, PACS, and billing solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Mentor and support product management team members while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and strategic partners.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and prioritization.
  • Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, including participation in industry conferences, webinars, customer presentations, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare IT.
  • Demonstrated success leading product development initiatives and delivering market-leading software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology platforms, including RIS, PACS, and billing systems preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
