MasterMold is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst / Buyer to join our team. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep a manufacturing operation running smoothly.

As part of our Purchasing team, this position will coordinate with Production, Engineering, Finance, and suppliers to ensure needed materials are available. Main duties include supporting purchasing activities, tracking inventory, addressing supply issues, and maintaining daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support purchasing activities for raw materials, production supplies, tooling, and equipment
  • Work closely with the Purchasing department to help manage supply needs and inventory levels
  • Follow up on open purchase orders and supplier deliveries
  • Communicate supply risks, delays, and changes that could impact production
  • Help maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
  • Partner with internal teams and suppliers to support production demands


Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchasing, buying, supply chain, inventory control, or materials planning
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • ERP, accounting, or inventory system experience preferred


Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with regular time in the warehouse and on the manufacturing floor
  • Travel between Johnson Creek and Mauston as needed
  • Occasional supplier visits or audits may be required
