Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:
• Permanent Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Training may be completed on an alternate schedule prior to transitioning to the permanent shift
• Overtime opportunities available based on business needs

MasterMold is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our growing Quality Team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys inspecting parts, solving problems, identifying defects, collecting data, and helping ensure products meet customer expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect parts throughout the manufacturing process
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements
• Identify and document quality concerns
• Perform floor audits and process verification activities
• Measure parts using quality inspection equipment
• Collect and enter quality data into company systems
• Support investigations into defects and process issues
• Assist engineers and production teams in resolving quality concerns
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or inspection equipment
• Experience supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Experience with SPC methods and quality systems

Quality Systems & Compliance:

MasterMold operates within a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Quality Technicians assist with maintaining compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable ISO and IATF quality system requirements. Experience with ISO, IATF, audits, or quality systems is preferred but not required.
