Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will work with advanced CNC Swiss Lathes and CAM software, specifically Citizen and Mastercam, to produce high-quality components. Your expertise in CNC tooling and mechanical troubleshooting will be essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss Lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
  • Utilize G-Code programming to optimize machining processes and enhance productivity.
  • Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining techniques and processes.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate part production.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong focus on CNC Swiss Lathe operations.
  • Proficiency in G-Code programming and CNC tooling.
  • Experience with CAM software, particularly Mastercam.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose machine issues effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
