Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Cleveland, OH, 44142. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs on various machinery and equipment. If you have a passion for mechanics and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct repairs on various systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
