Scrum Master - Analytics as a Service
Position Summary
The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling high-performing Agile delivery across Qualitrol's Analytics Incubator. Working closely with the Product Owner, Product Engineers, Data Science team and Customer Success organization, this individual ensures the incubator delivers customer value through disciplined Agile execution, continuous improvement and AI-enabled software development practices.
Unlike a traditional Scrum Master focused primarily on ceremonies, this role is expected to become an execution catalyst who continuously improves team velocity, engineering productivity and organizational agility while fostering a startup culture of ownership, transparency and rapid learning.

Agile Leadership
Facilitate:

Ensure Agile practices remain outcome-focused rather than process-driven.
