At least 7 years of experience as Scrum Master
At least 4 years in project scoping, estimation and scheduling
At least 4 years of experience in architectural frameworks and design principals
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and client interfacing skills.
Analytical skills
Experience in Telecom domain
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Take ownership of the technical delivery of a project / work stream which will be delivered by your team on-site and off-shore
Should manage dependency, track risk and issues and highlight as appropriate to key stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least of 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
