Job Title: Scrum Master Project manager
Job Location: Bethesda, MD
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Planning and tracking the project level effort budget and cost
    Well Experienced in organization metrics calculation and updates
  • Supporting the offshore team and ensure clear communication channels are established between onsite offshore
  • Reporting senior management periodically on the portfolio updates
  • Must have experience of collaborating with the entirely different teams
  • Demonstrating good leadership skills
  • Should have very good decision making skills on various aspects of the project program
  • Foster an environment of high communication collaboration and accountability
    Work with the customer Business and IT team in identifying the roadmap and circle back the requirements with offshore delivery team
  • Work closely with offshore delivery team and anchor the planning scheduling and coordination with multiple vendors
  • Coordinate between Customer and delivery team Onsite and Offshore and should be able to track the dependencies with various stakeholders
  • Publish periodic reports to all the stakeholders with project health and proactively highlight the dependencies
  • Work with technical team and identify the impediments risks for the project
