This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who excels at advanced diagnostics, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys contributing to a high-performing shop environment. The Certified Master Technician serves as a technical resource within the service department while helping maintain manufacturer standards, shop productivity, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs using manufacturer-approved tools, equipment, and procedures

  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical, engine, transmission, drivability, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and related vehicle systems

  • Complete customer-pay, warranty, recall, and maintenance repairs while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards

  • Accurately document repair procedures, diagnostic findings, and recommendations while communicating effectively with Service Advisors and leadership

  • Support technician development by assisting with advanced diagnostics, sharing technical knowledge, and contributing to an efficient shop environment
