Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The National Accounts Manager will oversee all activities in select national accounts/distributors, including the development and execution of strategies to accomplish profitable growth for all Master Fluid Solutions' product lines in concert with corporate goals and direction. The development of these strategies will take into consideration the company's approach to growth, customers, service, distribution, Independent Manufacturer's Representatives (IMR's), District Sales Managers (DSMs), Service Engineers (SEs), onsite locations, and any additional new approaches. In addition, the National Accounts Manager will use research to develop strategic plans and budgets to meet the company's sales, gross margin, and operating income goals.

This position will work with the Marketing team to provide local marketing analysis and implementation of brand strategies to promote company products and services. Will develop above the line (ATL) relationships at Corporate Headquarters, participating in relevant tradeshows and increasing the Master Fluid Solutions footprint within the organization. This position will have four main job focuses and expectations that will develop below the line (BTL) relationships with each layer of the sales team.

These are to achieve year over year sales growth in line with the sales plan, achieve the monthly/yearly accounts won targets, achieve the monthly/yearly tests started targets, and to achieve the monthly/yearly new opportunities into the sales funnel target.
