VW Audi Boise is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.

  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

  • Explain vehicle features, benefits, financing options, warranties, and protection products.

  • Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and CRM tools.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and market trends.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and dealership events.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
