The ideal candidate should be effective at managing time while working with cross-functional teams on multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities & Skills Required
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 7 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master and project management experience with successful delivery experience in the Financial Services domain.
  • A change agent with a passion for collaborative working to support teams and improve and deliver exceptional output.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and an understanding of Agile practices.
  • Proficiency in facilitating Squad/Scrum meetings to ensure they are solutions-focused.
  • Experience helping Agile teams establish and adhere to norms and practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and dedication to finding creative ways of working.
  • Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy.

  • Provide transparency to Fleet Delivery Lead with respect to risks, blockers, and impediments at Scrum of Scrums calls and recommend strategies for effective and efficient operations.
  • Conduct squad assessments to ensure Agile principles and best practices are being met and achieved.
  • Partner with Product Owners to plan quarterly IBR with focus on Strategic Objectives, Initiatives, and Capabilities based on business roadmap, as well as prioritizing and executing modernization and hygiene work items.
  • Participate in all squad and fleet ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, IBR Planning, IBR check-ins, and Fleet Demo.
  • As the squad coach, communicate effectively and proactively with recommendations for continuously improving the squads.
  • Ensure squad Agile trainings are completed and squad rosters are maintained.
  • Ensure Jira hygiene is maintained daily on the Jira board. Maintain existing Jira dashboards and build new informative dashboards to communicate data and drive performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve impediments to meet all deadlines.
  • Experience working with Agile and deployment lifecycles and/or tracking and process management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Release Change Management, Remedy Change Management, and others.
  • Follow Change Management Release process and create change proposals and change tasks in Remedy Change Request.
  • Monitor deployments during releases.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities and make tactical/strategic recommendations.
  • Deep skills in project management tools including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Hands-on project management approach that includes a proven track record of project execution.
  • Plan and conduct relevant meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
