• Knowledge of agile development projects.
• Hands experience working on Microsoft office skills.
• Experience working on JIRA/Confluence/Clarity or other job/resource tracking tools helpful.
• Ability to Negotiate, influence and collaborate to build successful relationships.
• Capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
• Leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners.
• Knowledge and understanding of global financing services, products and banking norms.
• Experience working as Business Analyst in Agile projects.
• Excellent Verbal, Written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience articulating a complex problem, design to business & technical teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years in Providing Agile Scrum Master responsibilities including project tracking and end to end project facilitation. Knowledge of agile development projects.
