We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our Dearborn office. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the electrical engineering staff in the Dearborn office.
  • Oversee performance management, team development, and process improvements to ensure a high-performing and efficient team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
  • Facilitate effective communication and provide ongoing support through one-on-one check-ins to align priorities and address challenges.

Project Execution and Technical Contribution:
