Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management for Business Process Managers, ERP/application support resources, and related team members across multiple locations.

  • Own the operational reliability, availability, performance, and support model for SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS and related enterprise applications, integrations, and reporting capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain the ERP and enterprise applications roadmap in partnership with business leaders, IT leadership, process owners, and global CPIM stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions by partnering with Global Process Owners across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, commercial, and other functional areas.

  • In partnership with the Global Process Owners, manage data quality, master data governance, reporting integrity, and integration controls across ERP, CRM, quality, manufacturing, and other connected business systems.

  • Ensure appropriate application security, user access controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, and compliance with company policies, corporate directives, quality system requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations.

  • Manage third-party vendors, consultants, managed service providers, and software partners, including scope, service levels, deliverables, issue escalation, contract input, and performance review.

  • Establish and monitor service level agreements, operational metrics, project health indicators, and continuous improvement actions for application support and project delivery.

  • Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, validation, change control, and contingency planning activities related to ERP and enterprise applications.

  • Participate in CPIM and global IT governance forums to help define objectives, strategies, plans, programs, performance measures, procedures, and technology standards.

  • Stay current on ERP, cloud applications, integrations, automation, analytics, AI-enabled business process improvement, cybersecurity, and compliance trends relevant to manufacturing and regulated environments.

  • Prepare, manage, and control assigned budgets, software licensing, external service spend, and resource plans to ensure assigned resources meet defined objectives.

  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, knowledge transfer, documentation, and cross-training to improve customer service and reduce operational risk.

  • Maintain adherence to Company policies, safety and ergonomic standards, health and safety requirements, and good housekeeping practices.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP, enterprise applications, business systems, or digital transformation initiatives in a manufacturing, life sciences, medical device, or regulated environment.

  • 7+ years of experience with ERP or enterprise application platforms in a medium to large business environment, preferably including SAP and cloud or hosted business applications.

  • 5+ years of experience in a management, team leadership, application ownership, or program leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and modules; experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP lifecycle management tools preferred.

  • Understanding of application security, role-based access, segregation of duties, audit controls, validation, change control, and compliance expectations in regulated environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service levels, budgets, licensing, project scope, and deliverables.

  • Strong business process knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial functions.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute projects and operational tasks in a high-pressure, global environment.

  • Effective leadership, coaching, organizational, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data, metrics, and root cause analysis to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
