About the Role
Join a high-impact team supporting Lockheed Aeronautics as an Information Technology - ERP Analyst specializing in SAP. Leverage your deep functional knowledge of SAP ERP, PLM, and MES integration to drive operational excellence in Manufacturing Production Operations. This is a dynamic opportunity for experienced professionals looking to influence critical enterprise applications and contribute to continuous process improvement in a leading aerospace environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production operations, business processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and system enhancements.
- Configure, design, and customize SAP solutions to support manufacturing operations and integrate seamlessly with Team Center PLM and Apriso MES systems.
- Conduct gap analysis, system re-engineering, and ensure operational readiness throughout SAP project implementation phases, including blueprint, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Author detailed functional specifications for system enhancements, conversions, interfaces, and integrations.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers to deliver standardized, customer-focused functional solutions.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, perform unit and integration testing, and resolve production issues effectively.
- Create and deliver end-user training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies.
- Facilitate data-driven decision making to optimize business outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP ERP, mentoring team members and providing production support.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years SAP ERP experience in Master Data, Order Data, and Order Functionality within Lockheed Aeronautics.
- Proven expertise with Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists, Change Masters, Production Orders, and all facets of order management.
- Strong track record in authoring functional specs and collaborating with developers for custom solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in system configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user training.
- Experience integrating SAP with PLM and MES systems.
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Team Center PLM and Apriso MES integration.
